In reply to: [ShopWP] Some product images not imported to WordPressHi there, just wondering if you have a solution yet?
Should I re-install the plugin, whilst making sure all traces of previous imports are removed completely, including products, collections and images from the Media Library?
Many thanks

There are no errors or warnings shown during sync.
Many thanks

In reply to: [ShopWP] Some product images not imported to WordPressNo, no pattern noticed.
Surely if the image can be uploaded to Shopify, it can be imported to WordPress? Unless there is a specific place I should be checking for blocks on webp images, for example?
Thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Product import is stuck/froxenThank you, I have done that, but the import is still stuck: https://capture.dropbox.com/8zwbL3mgHNfy1wDQ
I can’t see a fatal error log for Square, just today’s full log which is quite long

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Product import is stuck/froxenI understand that, that’s not what my question is about.
My question is about the import section above it, which has not changed in weeks, and won’t complete.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Product import is stuck/froxenThank you for your reply.
Square is the sync setting.
I have turned payment debugging to ‘both’.
Though, as I said originally, syncing seems to be fine, it’s the import that is stuck/frozen. Screenshot here: https://capture.dropbox.com/U5PQkdjzxaNnPCYs

Thanks

In reply to: [PropertyHive] Marketing flags on rental propertiesHi Steve, spot on. Thank you.
I know this is not related to this particular plug-in, but do you know how to add a comma separator in the property price? I’m pulling the details in using Theme.co’s Dynamic Content ability.
This is the current code I’m using £{{dc:post:meta key=”_price”}} which drops the price in, but I’d love to have the comma separator there too.

In reply to: [PropertyHive] Marketing flags on rental propertiesThank you, that’s working perfectly now.
Would you also be able to have a look at how we can match up the ‘Custom Location’ setting in Alto with ‘Location’ in WP Property Hive?
Thanks

In reply to: [PropertyHive] Marketing flags on rental propertiesHi Steve,
Thanks for your email.
The properties are imported from an Alto feed.
I’m using your Property Hive Template Assistant Add On to add marketing flags to the properties in the listings. On the sales ones, you’ll notice ‘Sold’ ‘SOLD STC’ etc.
On the rentals, marketing flags aren’t showing.
I will send you an email with access to the WordPress.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Stock level syncingHi there, thanks for your reply.
This is another product that is showing 0 stock in Square and in the Woocommerce back end, but is also available to purchase: https://candidpenarth.co.uk/snells/product/fluorescent-pink-1-3-refill-leads/
So the problem is persisting with many other products.
With the yellow refill in the original message, I deleted the product from Woocommerce, and it automatically synced again correctly.
There are many examples of this problem happening, where the syncing is correct, in so much that the stock level is 0 in bot Square and Woocommerce, but it is available to purchase on the front end nonetheless.
I look forward to your advice

In reply to: [SumUp Payment Gateway For WooCommerce] Invalid Transactions in WooCommerceI’m having the same problem with this.
The customer gets a “Transaction was unsuccessful. Please try another card or try another payment method.” message on the checkout screen. The Payment in the SumUp dashboard is canceled, and the order in WooCommerce is left Pending Payment.
Thanks
