I don’t know where the interface comes from. Is there someway I can work that out? These are the plugins active if it helps: Advanced Custom Fields, Application Passwords, Automatic Domain Changer, Redirection, Simple Share Buttons Adder, WP Mail Logging, WP Mail SMTP.

Thanks for your reply. I checked all the minimum requirements and they are all met. I have tried clearing the cache as well. My hosting is a VPS so I can’t check error logs with them. There are no red errors in the browser console log.

Not much to go on unfortunately, but is there anything else you can suggest?

Hi Shameem, I completed the troubleshooting steps but the problem remained.

I then deactivated all of the other plugins one by one and found that the problem only occurs when both WooCommerce and the LearnDash WooCommerce Integration plugins are activated at once.

An update- I had left a new page request open and came back to the computer after a while and noticed a new page and finally opened. Now adding a new page takes approximately 20 second to load. Not exactly a solution but much better than the endless loading of before.

Hi Jonayed, thanks for your response. My URLs match and no fatal error logs show in system status. I did increase the memory limit as you suggested and so far the issue hasn’t occurred, so I’m hopeful that has solved the problem.

I found how to deactivate the plugin through cpanel, so I have solved the issue. Thanks

It has now updated to show the correct slider, however it took over 24 hours. I went and tried to change some of the overlay text and it took about 24 hours for this to be reflected on the site. Any ideas why the delay?
