I’m having similiar problems.
Many files do not resize, i’m not sure which exactly which.
Basically I had to remove the plugin because more than 400 files were missing after a full “Regenerate Thumbnails” run.
Can you assist? We really like the idea of your plugin ??I do.
Check out this 2 pictures carefully.
The original one is a thumbnail created by WordPress without Square thumbnails plugin.
The 2nd file is the same size thumbnail with Square thumbnails in action.
That’s a serious loss of IQ. What do you guys think?

ThanksOk, I think I found the solution. It is fixed by checking in Advanced -> Options -> Disable swoof influence -> Yes.
Now I have another problem, the breadcrumbs disappear when refreshing the page. Any idea what is causing it? As I wrote before, we are embedding WOOF in the category’s description.

Regarding question (2), will it completely disable notification to customers. For example, we have mails send to customers with tracking numbers or general notices.

DHi, just in continue: My website doesn’t seem to function correctly after uninstalling the plugin. I can’t access the theme editor (‘sorry, you are not allowed…’).
And i’m seeing old versions of my site without any scence.
Please advice!
