Thank you Jose, the refund amount shows now correctly.

When clicking the button, it states “Are you sure you wish to process this refund? This action cannot be undone.” ->OK->”Refund Failed: No transaction ID“. Is this due to test mode?

I have just deactivated all plugins and re-activated and suddenly it works. I suspect “White Label CMS” plugin caused the issue.

Figured it out. For anyone interested, class-profile-magic-chat-system.php line 278.

Set a href to the slug, using

Thanks for the quick answer. No plugin conflict. Issue was fixed by styling the anchor links with padding-top: 40px; margin-top: -40px;as described here.

Update: If I am using the shortcode [profilegrid_forum_area] on any page, it will then update the profile page and add the forum tab. However, problem a) and problem b) is still not resolved.
