We are sorry that there was a difficulty on the latest version of the slider. Thanks for the example you sent, we noticed what the problem is and in a few minutes we will release a new update that will fix the problem that appears.

first of all thanks for using our slider. We also looked at the example you submitted and realized what creates the difficulty. In this case, the problem is not in the slider itself, but in the CORS policy of individual browsers, your page is located at https://www.themotclub.com and the image you use in the slider comes from the path https://themotclub.com which does not contain “www” which the browser sees as a completely different domain.

We also understand how we can solve this type of problem, so in the next update, which will be on Monday, we will also publish a fix that will solve your problem with the CORS policy that you have on your domain.

we are glad that you found what created the difficulty. The truth is that today we released a pretty big update with the new features v2.18.0, and we missed one small issue that we fixed and released v2.18.1.
So download the latest possible version to have the most stable version.

each text element has a custom CSS option which you can find when you click on the text element -> Advanced -> Custom CSS and there you can put any CSS property that you can insert eg text-shadow: 2px 2px # ff0000;

In the next version, which will be live in a week, we will also support a separate text-shadow as a separate option for each element where it will not be necessary to insert custom CSS, but you will only be able to select the parameters for the shadow.

we apologize for the longer wait for a response. Everything as you described should work properly, but since your sliders are disappearing as you stated it is obvious that some problem is happening. Feel free to send us your SQL backup options that you had before from the slides, as well as send us a URL with an example of the slide that is disappearing, so that we can take a closer look at what it is about.

it’s hard to tell us what could create such a problem. If your plugin worked properly on your staging site, you should also work on the live site. You can please send us a video with the problem that is happening to you so that we can more easily see what it is about and try to fix the problem for you.

we currently do not have the option for random slides. But we will definitely add that option in the next version of the slider which will be live in 2 weeks.
