Hi @kelw ,
if you want to upload an image you have to upload it to one of the image upload services and paste the URL here, I suggest https://imgbb.com/ .
Regarding that you want to hide the slider on the mobile version this is currently only possible on the PRO version. Because the PRO version supports separate options for desktop, tablet and mobile. So in the PRO version you can set the size of the desktop slider separately, and set the size to ‘0’ on the mobile, that is, it will hide the mobile slider. For this reason, you have been told by the developer to obtain the PRO version. So it is also written in the table of features that support the free version, and which PRO version.
I can give you advice that is not fully specified as correct but more like a hack on how to do what you want. With this CSS you will hide all our sliders on the mobile version.
@media (max-width: 1039px) { .slider_instance { display: none; } }
Have a nice day!
Hi @kelw ,
please can you forward here the question you asked regarding the slider. Please also send an example showing the problem you have with the slider.
Regarding the option you ask if the slider can only be turned off on mobile, we currently do not have the option that the slider can be hidden on mobile. But you gave us a good idea to upgrade that feature in future versions.
We wish you a pleasant rest of the day!
Hi @jcsmithdesign ,
we see this type of issue with tex for the first time. We noticed from the video what the problem is, but unfortunately we can’t debug what could create such a problem just from the video. You can please send a live example on your website so we can debug and fix the issue in the next version.
Thanks for the info and we wish you a pleasant rest of the day!
Hi @rrcstudio ,
the link you sent contains a slider, but there are no text elements on that slider. I would ask you if you can put the same example of a slider as from the screenshot so that we can see the elements and that we can test and fix the problem.
Have a nice day!
Hi,
appreciate your opinion, you can please give your example of a slider with a URL where you noticed that the fullscreen is not working so we can take a closer look at what it is about and correct the error in the next version.
Any help with the description of the problem would be welcome, we are interested in you being satisfied with the plugin.
We look forward to your soon reply. Have a nice day!
Hi @giorgos236 ,
I tried to reproduce your problem but unfortunately, I was not able to get the stated situation, it is possible that it is something specific on your website. I would ask you for a little cooperation so you can give me more details.
– The most important thing is to see what mistakes appear in your backend, and we will find out as follows:
1. log in to your WordPress backend, if you are using a Chrome browser go to the three dots at the top right select More Tools -> Developer Tools and then click on the Console tab.

2. Then try to make a draft slider with one slide and then duplicate it, to see if any specific bugs appear in the plugin, and if a red error appears in the Console send us a screenshot of it as well.Thank you for your cooperation and we wish you a pleasant rest of the day!`
Hi @rrcstudio ,
it is possible that the theme has some visual attributes that force also our elements in the slider to change their color and position. Can you please send a live example of this slider you have created so that I can take a closer look at what it is about and fix the problem as soon as possible.
Have a nice day!
Hi @jorgonfla ,
unfortunately we do not currently have this capability for assets to be loaded from external paths. We will definitely consider adding this option in future updates.I wish you a pleasant rest of the day!

In reply to: [Transition Slider - Responsive Image Slider and Gallery] video slide timeHi @edumusa ,
thanks for using our slider and for liking it.
This feature is currently not possible, but we definitely plan to add the following options in upcoming versions:
– Custom autoplay time for each slide
– Go to the next slide after the video is overI would ask you for a little patience until the listed features are released.
I wish you a pleasant rest of the day!
Hi @styzer ,
we are glad you chose our plugin for the slider.I will be happy to help you eliminate your issues:
1. In terms of size, you can adjust these values ??as in the picture below, and then you will see a responsive slider that will always display your pictures in full size without cutouts. Responsive Ratio is the ratio of width and height so with you it is 1152px width / 450px height of image = 2.56

2. If you want to remove our default transition effect on the slider and put a classic line effect you can easily do this by going to each slide and under Transition selecting the first effect under the Line category. In the Free version, you can only select first one in Line subcategory.

I hope I helped you at least a little, if you are happy with our plugin and have a moment of time I would appreciate it if you would leave us a rating and review.
I wish you a pleasant rest of the day!
I would ask you to make the advice I have suggested to you so that we can help you more about solving the problem.
Hi,
we tested with the above plugins our latest free version in all browsers and everything works fine.
It would be easiest to be able to test everything on your WP backend, but unfortunately, WordPress rights do not allow us to send us your login information. So we’re going to have to go step by step like this.
You need to give us more information:
– which browser you are using
– which version of WordPress you are using
– screenshot of the list of active pluginsAlso, what would help us the most are two things:
– video recording of the problem you described so that we can understand in more detail what is happening
– The most important thing is to see what mistakes appear in your backend, and we will find out as follows:
1. log in to your WordPress backend, if you are using a Chrome browser go to the three dots at the top right select More Tools -> Developer Tools and then click on the Console tab.
https://i.ibb.co/1MC1V6H/Screen-Shot-2021-02-10-at-11-44-36-AM.png
https://i.ibb.co/25Kf9qQ/Screen-Shot-2021-02-10-at-11-44-50-AM.png
2. then import the slider in our plugin and try to change the background slider and if a red error appears in the Console send us a screenshot of it as well.Thank you for your cooperation and we wish you a pleasant rest of the day!

In reply to: [Transition Slider - Responsive Image Slider and Gallery] Mobile issueHi @napleswebguy ,
we just tested your website on desktop and mobile. On both platforms the page and slider look great without any big gaps underneath.
We’re sending you a video to see what the slider looks like on a mobile device on most devices. We also tested on both Android and iOS platforms.
If you still have problems on a mobile device, you can send us a video recording or screenshot to see what it looks like on the device where you see the problem. Also, as much information as possible about the device will help us.
Thank you very much in advance and we wish you a pleasant rest of the day!
Hi,
the homepage link you submitted shows a 404 error that has nothing to do with the slider. We checked what it could be, but unfortunately at the time of our testing you don’t even have our active slider plugin, and you also have other errors on the website that create problems why your homepage doesn’t want to load and shows a 404 error.
Below I am sending screenshots of bugs that have nothing to do with the slider.https://i.ibb.co/7tRrSnw/Screen-Shot-2021-02-08-at-08-45-31-AM.png
https://i.ibb.co/bXMyq3s/Screen-Shot-2021-02-08-at-08-45-44-AM.pngMany of the errors are coming from your theme, please check also your protocol https and http urls.
Once you have fixed the errors and managed to place the slider shortcode on the homepage with which you notice problems, feel free to contact us so we can help you with the slider, because this way we can not help but suggest that you have an issue on the website.Have a nice rest of the day!
