In reply to: [Transition Slider - Responsive Image Slider and Gallery] TEXT EDITORHi @rrcstudio ,
thanks a lot for the screenshots you submitted, now it was much easier to test you the problem with the slider.
Testing your case, we realized that our slider works minimally with version 4.8 of WordPress, since we use some WordPress methods that just appeared in version 4.8. I would ask you to upgrade your WordPress to version 4.8. and our plugin will work properly for you, so we tested on our side and it works successfully after we are with 4.7. moved to 4.8.Here you can find all versions of WordPress
https://www.ads-software.com/download/releases/So install a minimum of 4.8.
I’m glad we were able to help you after you submitted the screenshots.
And we will also add from our side in the next relay that the minimum version for us is plugin 4.8, not 4.6. as now stated in the minimum.
We wish you a pleasant rest of the day!
Hi @tomecki ,
we have a plan to soon add to this option that instead of an image you can also be selected for the background color.A big update in our plugin is coming soon.
If you like our plugin and appreciate our work please leave a rating and review, it would mean a lot to us.
Thanks for your patience, we wish you a pleasant rest of the day!
Hi,
apologies for the long wait for our response. I checked your website that you listed https://floorznmoreservices.com/
I noticed that there is an error on your page regarding the video you use in our slider, here you can see what it is abouthttps://i.ibb.co/fSnbTPk/Screen-Shot-2021-01-05-at-11-57-25-AM.png
So the video you use in our slider https://floorznmoreservices.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Floorz-N-More-6-2.mp4
you are on the https protocol, while you want to use it on the slider used on your homepage located on the http protocol. This violates the CORS policy that the internet browser blocks. To solve this problem you need to upload the video to the http protocol as well or have your site be on the https protocol. Basically they have to be the same protocols. As for this problem it is not specifically related to mobile. Because at the moment, the slider doesn’t even work on the desktop in our tests, and some mobile devices ignore the CORS policy, so they will still show you the video you are using on another protocol.
We wish you a pleasant rest of the day.
Hi @duaa3164 ,
our fullscreen templates work in a way that they take up 100% of the width and height of the container in which they are located so that if the container in which you put it has a certain width and height, that slider will fill it to the maximum.
Since we received various ideas from users to make it a convenient option that regardless of the container in which the slider is located, it can take the maximum fullscreen or maximum width in the next version that will be available in a couple of days, we added Force fullscreen options. This will allow you to have a fullscreen no matter which container you put the slider in.I hope I helped you with the answer,
I wish you a pleasant rest of the day.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Transition Slider - Responsive Image Slider and Gallery] TEXT EDITORHi,
feel free to send a screenshot here, upload it to one of the online image upload services and post a screenshot here.
It would also be ideal if you send us a list of all the plugins you use and which versions so that we can see in more detail what it is about.

In reply to: [Transition Slider - Responsive Image Slider and Gallery] TEXT EDITORHi @rrcstudio ,
our plugin has been tested and works on the listed versions. Any changes you make to our scripts can only cause additional problems.
I would ask you to install a clean lite version of our plugin and take a video or send a screenshot with the problem you have so we can see what you missing.

Hi @collinmcnulty ,
thanks a lot for the nice comment and for the nice words about our slider. We strive to make the best, fastest, and easiest slider to use with lots of features. But we also have features that other Premium Sliders don’t have.We wish you a pleasant rest of the day!
Hi @virtualedgesolutions ,
thanks for the nice words about our slider. If I understood you correctly what you want to do is to have a full-width responsive slider with a fixed height.
You can do this by deleting the value in the Responsive ratio field and inserting the height you want under the height value in Fixed mode.Below I am sending you an example of a screenshot of how you should make:

In reply to: [Transition Slider - Responsive Image Slider and Gallery] Great toolHi @glaeskewpr , thank you so much for the kind words. Enjoy our slider, many new effects and features are coming soon.
We wish you a pleasant rest of the day!
Hi @yogieanamcara ,
yesterday we imported your slider into our test interface and noticed that everything works fine on the desktop as you said, but on the mobile version the same problem happens as with you.
We are currently working on fixing the problem as soon as possible, as soon as the problem is corrected we will release the fix in the new version. We apologize for something like this happening, thanks for reporting the problem and helping to fix it.
We wish you a pleasant rest of the day.
Thank you so much @yogieanamcara for such nice words about our slider. We really appreciate you supporting our product in the PRO version. A lot of great changes are coming soon.
Have a nice day!
Hi @yogieanamcara ,
we are glad you use our slider. We checked your page on your desktop and mobile. We have also noticed that there are several terrorists on your website that are not related to our slider, but unfortunately since they happen, they can cause a plugin not to display properly, and in this case this may affect our slider.
We tested on mobile the same errors also appear, and since mobile versions have less tolerance for errors on the website it is possible that something like what happens to you on mobile will happen sooner.
We suggest that you fix scripts or plugins that cause errors, and then try to open a website with our slider, we guarantee that everything will work properly.
Contact us after you fix the errors on your site, and we will also make it easier for us to test in more detail if necessary.
Below we send errors from your site to help you troubleshoot more easily:
https://i.ibb.co/M7fx386/Screen-Shot-2020-12-06-at-22-30-13-PM.pngHi @joao96maria ,
the link you submitted is actually a link from the “elementor” editor. Of course when you add a shortcode from our slider in the “elementor” editor that you will only see the gray bar and the shortcode label. To see the real slider you need to go to a preview of that page you made in the “elementor” or make an update of that page. Our slider was tested in “Elementor” and everything works normally.
If you have problems with the slider on a particular link please send the real URL, not the link from the “elementor” editor.
Thank you, we wish you a pleasant rest of the day!
Hi @oesalazar123 , you can describe to us how you imagined your slider so we will help you what you need to change to get exactly the slider you imagined.
Tell us what background colors you have imagined, what transitions you want in the pictures. Because as a colleague said, transition transitions are for the background slider, while we also offer other effects only for layer elements such as your slider images at the moment.
Try to describe as much detail as possible what you have imagined and we will help you as much as we can, thank you!
