Hello, My hosting provider has gotten back to me asked me to check cPanel/errors, which displays no errors and public_html/error_log, which is a file that I don’t have and can’t find. Is this a file I should definitely have? Anywhere else I can look for error logs?

I have emailed my hosting provider for the error log. I have tried re-installing the newest version of WordPress on itself, this didn’t fix the issue, I will send you an error report once my hosting provider gets back to me.

Where can I find this error log?

Do you mean download them, delete them on the server and upload again?

For more information, I have checked my host has available storage space left. I have administrative rolls, I haven’t altered any other backend files as I don’t believe anything should have been altered since I last uploaded a plugin.

Ok, so I found a page that tells me what the User tab in the menu is for, but I am still unsure how someone could add themselves to this list. Shouldn’t it be that only I can add people? As someone has been added to this list without my knowledge and I’m unsure how or why.. please help…

Ok, better idea, where is all the main files for my site stored? all of my pages, images posts etc? i might download them via FTP, completely delete wp from the server through softaclulous and re-install everything again, would this work, can anyone tell me??
