On the Etsy Shop Admin Page Under Cashe life is says 6 hours. Under cache status it has:
Shop Section / Filename / Last Update
JamesDangerHarvey/Shirts JamesDangerHarvey-135682##_cache.json 2013-08-05 14:41:37

Under that is says You may reset cache a any time by deleting files in tmp folder of the plugin.

I do not know how to access the tmp folder of the plugin. Please advise ??

That is a different etsy shortcode I found. If you scroll down however you will see one item by itself. It should have the other 2 next to it. I may just have to use the shortcode I got from etsy. I would still like to know why the plugin isn’t working though.

I am having this problem as well. There are 3 items in the store but only 1 shows up. I have cleared the cache but nothing works. Please help.
