The same happened to me. If you want to reinstall, go into your CPanel/FTP client and change the old MailPoet folder to “old-mailpoet” then this should let you install it again.

Once I did this I managed to reinstall the plugin and THANKFULLY my templates were still there!

I couldn’t get it to work so I just downloaded the font, made the text into a logo in PS and saved it as an SVG file.

Yes I just checked and it’s definitely working. The first time I tried it didn’t work so maybe my server wasn’t updating the changes fast enough!

I tried redoing the post from scratch and adding all the images from scratch too but the same issue.

I have the same issue with my site. I’ve done the bad thing and just ignored the problem but I may have to add a link like you did.

I’ve had a lot of issues with this plugin since the update but it is working fine for me without changing anything EXCEPT the address I receive mail at. It used to by at my Hotmail but after changing it to an email I set up through my hosting, it works perfectly.

Does the developer usually reply to peoples issues? Been nearly a week now.

I’ve had issues with this too after the most recent update. Before on my site it would have the menu link then a drop down when you click on it. Now the menu is visible and there’s no link to make it drop down. When I try to edit it in the customize section, it won’t save any more.
