In reply to: [TikTok] WooCommerce Catalog is not syncing?I have the same issues:
With the previous version:
Only 6 products synced
Refresh button didn’t work
No test events shown.Updating to 1.0.4 broke the plugin
Deleting and re-installing did not help.
Clicking on the tiktok link now gives this error:
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 834666496) (tried to allocate 90112 bytes) in /……../wp-includes/functions.php on line 4757I don’t have the time to pull logs.
Not trying to be rude, but you are working for a billion dollar company that is trying to sell us their services, I don’t think the users should be responsible for figuring out the errors so they can give you their money.
Running a business is enough work as it is.Thanks.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Products don’t delete from feedHi, what is the solution for deleting products from the facebook catalog that have already been deleted in woocommerce?
I obviously cannot use the “delete on facebook” feature for those.
Manually deleting from facebook is not possible because it’s greyed out.We spend a lot of money on advertising on facebook and instagram, so I cannot risk losing any data by disconnecting the plugin or setting up a new catalog.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Rich Text Product DescriptionsHi @piratepenpen ,
thanks for the reply.
I’m aware that html is stripped if entered in the standard description field or pulled from the woocommerce desription.
However, I was assuming that the plugin is basically generating a feed and sending it to facebook, so it would be possible to add the rich_text_description field, which is also mentioned in the Facebook for Woocommerce documentation. As a workaround, is it possible to upload a feed in addition to using the plugin so we can use the richt_text_desription field?

In reply to: [Klarna for WooCommerce] Delay after placing orderHi,
I need a solution to this problem as well.
The process behaves the same on our site:
After the klarna popup, the user is back on the checkout page for about 5 seconds, until being redirected to the thank you page.
No countdown appears, no indication of loading except for a spinner on the order summary section.
But this is easily overlooked and, depending on screen size, not even visible when you have scrolled down to the “buy now” button.During this time, the user is very likely to click on “buy now” again, which results in a duplicate order in woocommerce, which goes to pending payment and eventually is cancelled, triggering an “order cancelled” E-mail to the customer.
This is bad for two reasons:
1. It clutters our orders with cancelled duplicates
2. We had to deactivate our E-mail notification about cancelled orders for customers, as this results in confusion, bad user experience and the customers actually ordering again although their first order went through.I also don’t see any countdown in your demo store when using klarna pay later. The only indicator is the spinner on the summary as described above.
Please provide a fix for this!
The “Buy now” button should not be clickable after the klarna popup dissapears and there should be a clear indication that the user is about to be redirected.
If there is no fix, we might be forced to ditch klarna alltogether.
