Sorry for the late response, life and such..

So, here is a screenshot of the status changes of the order in question:

Sorry for the swedish. The path this order took seems to be: Inv?ntar betalning (Pending payment) -> Awaiting status -> Behandlar (Processing). No mail was sent in any of the transitions.

No fatal error in conjunction with the failed sending of mail but I do see these critical errors at seemingly random times:

Yes, the customer receives an email when we click “send” in the order view.

Hi again,

So, I’m just a system administrator and I’m not familiar with the nitty gritty of WooCommerce. With that out of the way, one of the orders that didn’t have the order confirmation sent is in the status “Processing”. So it has transitioned from “Pending Payment” to “Processing”. A lot of orders are in the “Processing” state but all of them have had the order confirmation sent. I’m not sure what makes the problematic order unique. Any ideas?
