I have just bought the pro version of this plugin which is supposed to come with tech support — which is what I paid for. What I’m getting is one email a day at best, with cut and pasted text from the site’s instructions. I expected to make an appointment for phone support, I’ve asked for that (in my daily email) and gotten no response. It’s not clear what’s going on. How do I contact someone and get a real answer? Thank you.
