This error means the file, https://xxxxx.altervista.org/xxxxx/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/xxxxx.jpg, is not an image or does not exist. The image class was not able to load the file, hence the error message.

To answer your question, I can’t really help with this specific issue, as the issue may lie in the new theme you are using, my plugin, or both. There is no easy way for me to debug this issue right now.

Closing thread due to inactivity.

After you create a gallery under the “galleries” submenu, you click view to open the gallery and then there is a button to add an album. After adding an album you can click add video or playlist to add videos to it.

Have you checked to be sure your id is correct for the [utubevideo] shortcode? Also have you changed your wp_prefix at any point after installing the plugin?

I’m sorry that happened, but there is no reason they could have been deleted unless you uninstalled the plugin. I even tested the update on two live sites before launching it with no problems.

Is the gallery still showing, just not the albums?

The shortcodes are listed on the gallery page after you create a gallery.

I am marking this as resolved as it has been several weeks as of now with no response. Please open a new ticket or contact me for any further help.

I’ve never had any problems with errors or problems adding videos. Try deactivating and reactivating the plugin. Otherwise I have no idea where the problem may lie, however I believe the problem lies with WordPress itself. What version of WordPress are you using?

It would seem you have a CSS problem. Does everything work okay, besides the layout problems? I would need a link to the problem page to be able to help you any further.

Thanks for the input, I’ll look into what you suggested when I have time. Right now school is a priority.

Documentation has been added in the latest version of the plugin.
