Interesting. No, I have not used any New Catalogue Styles or any of that type of customization on my end. I am the only one with access to this site. At the time of this post, I was running Version 4.3.3. I upgraded this morning to the new version.

No, no console errors. When the page loads, I am getting a 500 error or a partial page load but not the product content. Page loads correctly when I disable Page Builder by SiteOrigin.

Just to follow up and close this issue, the problem was found and it was my fault. The .htaccess file didn’t include those file extensions, which caused my issue. Thank you for your patience. *how embarrassing*

All the font awesome files are at the path you posted and permissions are correct. I also found them in a couple other places in the file structure. Updates were done AFTER the problem was discovered so that didn’t seem to resolve the issue. Thank you for taking a look. At least this gives me a direction.

You’re joking right? I paid for the theme, the customer approved it and it has taken months of customizing. Can the CSS be modified for fonts?

It WAS working before and it quit working even before I loaded that Ultimate lightbox, The theme didn’t change so what happened?

I found the error.. it has to do with the Infinite Scroll. Once I clicked “no” in the options/premium, the double products turned off. Hope this helps.

You might want to add the titles/descriptions to the Main image as well since the main image scrolls in lightbox with the additional images. Thanks.

It did work for me without a glitch. I had already put information in the image description and title previously and it showed up in lightbox immediately.

Thank you so much for that quick fix. I can stop writing captions on the images now. ??

At the bottom of the page you can disable the header.

If the image doesn’t show, go to Remove Header
