In reply to: Top header to removeCopy that. Can you try deactivating W3 cache and reloading the site to make sure its the w3 plugin that is causing this?
Also if you have any other plugins try deactivating them and reactivating one by one to troubleshoot in case it is something else.

In reply to: Top header to removeOn your site it looks like you’re using a plugin called W3 Total Cache.
It adds a “Performance” tab on your WordPress sidebar. Under that, go to “Page Cache” and make sure that “Don’t cache pages for logged in users” is checked.
Then, under “Performance” go to “Dashboard” and click “empty all caches” near the top.
There are instructions on how to clear your cache with that plugin here (just scroll down til you see W3 Total Cache instructions):

In reply to: Top header to removeI’m sorry you’re having this issue. Are you using any plugins on your site that might be caching the admin bar for logged in users?

In reply to: Top header to removeHi @rvrajan
You must be looking to remove the admin bar from the top of your site. you can do that by going to “edit my profile” while logged in as admin. scroll down until you see the checkbox that says “Show Toolbar when viewing site”. Uncheck that box and that should hopefully solve your problem.
Oh, and be sure to scroll down and update your profile to save that setting as well ??
