Okay, I will apply the change that @mihai suggested. Where do I find that script, in which file? I am not a programmer and have limited knowledge, so please explain it to me as if I’m 7 years old.

My gold cart is version 2.9.7.8 and Wp e-commerce version is 3.11.2 Do I need to keep both?

What file do I find this script in? Also, I would like to upgrade my Gold Cart, but I get so frustrated every time I try because it says I have to log in and when I try it says my log in is incorrect. Any suggestions on upgrading? I’d rather do that.

Thank you, the manual installing worked. I was real nervous deleting directories, but I went slow and I have my website up and running. The reason I had the second error was because I didn’t overwrite the files in the /wp-content directory.

I manually updated the wp-admin and wp-includes files. Then I deleted all the themes except one and renamed my theme to elements-old. I renamed my plugins to plugins-old and uploaded the plugins folder from the wp-content. This is the error I get now

Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Widget’ not found in /homepages/6/d212213795/htdocs/wp-includes/widgets/class-wp-widget-pages.php on line 17

and I still don’t have access to my admin page.

I am getting this error:

I am having the same issue as trouble-buster. If a customer living in Nevada (where 8.1% tax should be added) puts in their state and zip code, this is the message that comes up: “Please specify shipping location below to calculate your shipping costs Please provide a Zipcode and click Calculate in order to continue.” I tried turning off the billing and shipping form, but that doesn’t work. My settings are: tax exclusive, add per product tax, apply tax when shipping country is the same as tax rate.

I am having the same problem, but I haven’t resolved it, yet. I was able to ship to my own state before, but something must have happened after one of the updates.

I also noticed that when I put in Nevada as the shipping state it says “Sorry, online ordering is unavailable to this destination and/or weight”. Again, that is only if I add an item that should be taxed.
