Thanks for your replay. Maybe better if I explain it in Dutch because that is not what I mean.

Als iemand iets koopt wil ik dat hij/zij pas op de lijst komt als er ook betaald is. Nu is de koppeling voor de nieuwsbrief (en werkt hetzelfde voor Mailchimp en Active Campaign) gemaakt als het formulier is ingevuld. Zeg maar wat je hebt bij de meldingen (versturen bij betaald en versturen bij mislukt) dat zou ik graag als onzichtbaar veld willen in het formulier zodat ik dat aan de melding kan toevoegen, en zodat ik op basis daarvan een koppeling kan maken met de nieuwsbrief tool, wel betaald = wel ingeschreven, niet betaald = niet ingeschreven.

I enabled WP DEBUG but 500 internal server error gives nothing, white screen and the error log says the same ??
I can try to check hosting logs, but I need to get some login information from my customer. I will get back to you. I rolled back for now and that works fine.

Ik fixed it by changing the firewall settings in the SMTP server.

4. EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR: WP Mail SMTP plugin logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email:

Mailer: Other SMTP
PHPMailer was able to connect to SMTP server but failed while trying to send an email.
Consider running an email test after fixing it.

I am experiencing the exact same issue. Please help.

I am having the exact same problem on my site. And there are no errors in the Google console so I don’t really know how to fix it. Nobody can log in at the moment so any help on how to fix this would be much appreciated.

Thank you, I solved the problem. I removed all the customizations in the page (wich were made by somebody else) and used the standard shortcodes. Works like a charm. Thanx for helping me finding the problem, and figuring out the solution.
