Thank you for using the Kocuj Sitemap plugin and for appreciation of my work.

Unfortunately, as author of plugin I have no control over the updating process from www.ads-software.com – even for my plugin. I can only advise you to ask this question on WordPress forum where are people responsible for www.ads-software.com website. It is here – https://www.ads-software.com/support/ .

I can only think about one solution – to go into “dashboard”/”update” and click on the button “check again”. Maybe this will help. But if not, it will be better to ask this question on the www.ads-software.com forum.

For now there is no possibility to remove duplicates in the sitemap. If you have the same links in different menus, then it will be the same in the sitemap.

However, I think it is good idea to new feature in some of the next version of the plugin.

It was some rare situation with this error, because normally cache is created and during the removing of this plugin, cache directory is being removed. However, because this rare situation can happened, I’ve created some time ago a fix, but I did make a stupid typo, which I did not found during the tests.

A few minutes ago I’ve uploaded the fixed version of the Kocuj Sitemap plugin. Please, update to this newest version – it should help in your situation.

At first glance it looks like it’s not typical bug for removing the plugin, because this error is about cache, not just about removing this plugin. I should investigate more and I’ll let you know in this topic in next few days.

It has been fixed so you should install the newest version of the Kocuj Sitemap plugin and it should work.

There are few important questions to ask:
1) What PHP version are you using?
2) You’ve said that the problem has started recently. Was it after some changes, for example, updating the Kocuj Sitemap plugin or WordPress?

You should know that this type of PHP error is impossible to be created by this line from kocuj-sitemap.php file. I think it is some problem on your server configuration or something else, but not inside the Kocuj Sitemap plugin. I think you should try to delete and reinstall the Kocuj Sitemap plugin from fresh copy from WordPress repository. However, if it will not help, there is nothing I can do, because it looks like it is not an error in the Kocuj Sitemap plugin.

For me it looks like you are using too old version of PHP (below 5.3).

I don’t understand – maybe because my English is not perfect. You still have problem and I should trying to search what’s going on or there was some problem on your site or server?

I can’t find an error in line 51 in kocuj-sitemap.php file. What version of plugin do you have?If you can, please write here what do you have in this file in line 51 to be sure that nothing has been changed there.

I’ve updated the Kocuj Sitemap plugin to 2.3.4. It has all fixes you need.

First you should make changes in lines 333-340, as I wrote above, to make an administration panel working again, and then you should update the Kocuj Sitemap plugin to 2.3.4.

It’s very strange, because this code in line 334 is only executed when updating from version below 2.3.0. Are you sure that you did have version 2.3.2 before update? I’ve tested it and this line is not executed when updating from 2.3.0, 2.3.1 or 2.3.2.

It looks like it is bug with updating. It is only for PHP 5.3. All newer PHP versions do not have this error. It somehow was not visible during my tests.

I will fix this bug in new plugin version and let you know when it will happen (probably today or tomorrow).

If you want to have access to administration panel, you can safely remove lines 333-340 from file base.class.php. The only drawback of doing this will be an information about reviews, telling friends, etc. about Kocuj Sitemap plugin, but you can close it when it will be displayed.

New version – 2.3.3 – has been released. Please, check if after updating to this version these errors has disappeared.

I’ve found some bug in checking if multi-lingual qTranslate X plugin is installed. I’m very sorry for that.

Today I will release a new version (2.3.3) – probably in few hours. I’ll let you know in this topic when it will happen.

There is no such option to create multi columns sitemap. I think I will add this to list of planned features (I didn’t think about this feature before), but for now it’s hard to tell when this feature will be add.

If your theme has a multi-columns support then maybe there is some way to use it on the sitemap, because it is added normally in post. However, it is just my speculation.

Yes, it looks like your theme has no styles for multi-level list. It is not rare problem – I had some information about this on other websites too.

I recommend to write to theme author with information about this bug, because you will have this problem in other places on your website if you will use a multi-level list in some article (for example, post).

However, I have the solution which will fix problems with the sitemap right now. The Kocuj Sitemap plugin has option for this which will add some indentation to posts in the sitemap. Please, see FAQ (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/kocuj-sitemap/faq/) – question: “My multi-level sitemap has no indentations. What should I do?”. This should help.
