Hi there @mrclayton, thanks for getting back to me.

So in order to pinpoint the issue I disabled our own theme and replaced with Storefront which is now running with zero customizations.

I also disabled all other plugins except this one and of course WooCommerce, so this is a stock setup with zero modifications.

Active Theme
Storefront [2.5.3], downloaded from WP.org repository
Has no customizations on it at all, stock install.

Active Plugins
WooCommerce [3.71]
Braintree For WooCommerce [3.0.7]
