No, neither that file is loaded.
I have now disabled all other plugins except yours + gravity forms. Still not working (reactivated them again now).

I have tested also with “Twenty Twenty-Four”, but no change.

I am using the latest stable WP and gravity forms version, in Chrome (latest version). But it also does not work in Firefox. Your Video shows how it should be, for me the order does not show.

The dev console also does not show any errors. Cache and server cache have both been emptied.

There is no roll back from 3.1.2. to 3.1.1. as announced from elementor. This normally breaks the whole structure. So be careful ??
