I found the exact problem by using the page source.

My forums is “<meta property=”og:title” content=”Forumspagesepsitename%%” />”

But should be “<meta property=”og:title” content=”Forums • ReelHooked” />

I have no idea what file this is in so I can edit it…I checked a few but no luck. Any idea?

There is definitely something wrong with the Yoast plugin because when I deactivate it, all the pages go back to normal and when reactivated…the “Forumspagesepsitename%%” comes back.

I tried disabling all plugins besides Yoast and that hadn’t changed anything. Is there anything else I can try or any other solutions as this is messing with my search results.

I managed to solve all of these within a few hours tonight. Now it’s taken my weeks of trial and error to figure things out however, I was able to find what I was looking for.

There is a few bugs in the system that need to be worked on but I’m too exhausted to review that right now. If you need help at all with forumlas and such, I think I may have some pretty good knowledge about it now.

For the TEAM SETTINGS:

I have GP (games played), W (Wins) and L (losses). I have completed 2 matches and the standings are not changing teams, their position all says 0 PLUS the team statistics have all 0’s but games played should be 2, with 1 win and 1 loss for two of the teams.

How do I ensure these auto update?

We’re going to have a few hundred teams competing and manually updating these won’t be an option unfortunately.

I just said screw it and deleted all files and started from scratch again. It was frustrating me and that seemed to fix the issue.

Once I get things figured out with formulas and such I’ll be purchasing that plugin too.

Absolutely, there is multiple game modes that can be played dependent on the game title, generally 2-4 different game modes however, I will not be calculating all game modes as it’s too many statistics for a new website. There is ALWAYS 4 players in the match, never less never more but there may be 1 substitute. Matches are played in best of 3’s generally, sometimes best of 5’s and 7’s and goes by MAP wins. Each series there is a different map (best of 3, 3 different maps and the first 2 won, win the entire match). The relevant stats will be match wins/losses, win/loss ratio, MAP wins/losses, map W/L ratio, kills, deaths, kill death ratio (for now).

So ALWAYS 2 teams and ALWAYS 4 players, those are the statistics I’ll be tracking for the first couple seasons.

That’s the buddypress plugin (I forgot who designed it) for $49 1 site license correct?

Anyhow, I have watched about 10-12 videos on Youtube and although there was about 2-3 that I remember showing a few things in “configure” but didn’t necessarily elaborate on that settings page itself any further.

For example,

I would like to have WINS/LOSSES (easy enough to add) for teams

For players, I would like wins/losses with a win/loss ratio. Kills/deaths with a kill/death ratio. Map wins/losses with a map win/loss ratio.

I have been able to add a few in but it all doesn’t make sense to me and when I tried calculating one of the ratio’s it didn’t change on the player.

I used the counter strike setting to start just to help out and build from there,

A) a public gallery that EVERYONE can upload to and everyone can see

Or

B) A short code where I am able to insert it into my “Gallery” page that would allow anyone viewing the page to see all the most recently uploaded features!
