I have purchased the Pro version and will continue working with the developer in Pro Support for a non-menu setup. Closing this and marking as resolved.

If the issue of the Search not working in mobile for this website cannot be resolved, I am wondering if the Pro Compact style, placed on the side of the pages rather than in the menu, will potentially have less conflicts with mobile?

I apologize for the missing url. I did enter one in the hidden url section of the original post, but I now see that it did not post. I will post it here, where you should definitely be able to see it. The situation occurs on the entire site, as the Search is in the main menu. https://www.staging2.ebdesign.com/

Thank you for looking into this!

I was on 5.2 and just upgraded to 5.3 — but, I own you an apology! The page is fine – it was user error on my part. I was confusing private & password protected pages. I was correct in my first post – it was a private page and so of course no password field would be presented!

So sorry… working too many hours…

I just purchased a single-site license for your Pro version in appreciation for your time on this. Thank you!

Correction: These are not “private” pages; they are “password protected” pages.

I was testing this on a staging site and hoped that now I have moved it to the live site that I would have different results. Perhaps I am just not receiving the information I was expecting.

Is the data access report supposed to show that my IP address was recorded? (It does not show mine; I thought it would.)

Can I edit the report within the plugin somehow so that is does not list WooCommerce, and DOES list Gravity Forms content? I was expecting the Data Access Report would tell me exactly what data I provided, such as my name and phone number. And email, of course – but it lists nothing from the Gravity Form.

Also, I see no way to “Select the data you wish the site owner to anonymise” — but I suppose that’s because the report thinks there is no data.. and it is correct: my email would not be found as a USER, a COMMENT, or related to WOOCOMMERCE which the site does not have.

This is what I see (I have changed email address and website for privacy):

    Data Access Request
Below we show you all of the data stored by COMPANY NAME on https://www.WEBSITE.com. Select the data you wish the site owner to anonymise so it cannot be linked to your email address any longer. It is the site’s owner responsibility to act upon your request. When your data is anonymised you will receive an email confirmation.

    Users
No users found with email address [email protected].
    Comments
No comments found with email address [email protected].
    WooCommerce Orders
No WooCommerce orders found with email [email protected].

On my Privacy Policy page (you could put it on the contact form, too) I added the following link:

    Data Access Request

Just use this format, using your site name and I believe the naming convention of your Data Access Request page will be the same as mine: data-access-request, but check yours to be sure.

    Hope this helps!

Today I installed the plugin on the public site. I am still receiving the same kinds of errors.

I tested with SSL selected and then did a 2nd test without SSL selected.

Note: I do not know what kind of page link you need for this. I am doing email tests via the plugin.

I tested it — I have tested SO many plugins before and didn’t want to spend 3 hours testing this one. BUT — I did test it just now and the tab panel DID immediately display with the Divi tab code AND it was interactive. Now I just have to learn all the rest of the features of the PopUp Maker so it will be activated only via hovering over particular areas.

I’m marking this as resolved. ??

    Update:

Right after I posted this, I clicked on both of the RSS link examples I had listed – and they both went to my Yahoo page to add them! So it looks like they “work” just not in the Facebook Blog RSS Feed Reader – so I’ll ask the developer.

I still think I need to make my domain name more fully incorporated into my blog though, and would appreciate help with that.

    Thank you!

I’m having the same problem. My WordPress is using the Sliding Doors theme, and is hosted by Network Solutions. I can upload my video, which is a .wmv and now says .wmv video/asf at the end of the name. But.. same as you – I can see it in my Gallery, but if I add it to my post, just the title is added. No video.

I can successfully embed a YouTube version of my video in the HTML section of the “add new post”, but would I prefer to upload my own copy, as it should be a much better quality video.

Hopefully someone out there can help us – in the meantime.. maybe you could upload your video to YouTube, and then copy the embedding code from YouTube into the HTML section on adding a post in WordPress.. for now.
