Hi,

I have checked everything again.
The ‘Affiliates’ plugin registers new accounts that are created, it registers ‘traffic’ and it registers ‘visits & referrals’. It does not register the referral that needs to be made when an order, linked to an affiliate, has been placed. This is going on since November 17 2021.

In the phpMyAdmin, under wplm_aff_referrals, no referrals are registered.

I have checked the debug_log and there is nothing mentioned about this ‘affiliates’ plugin.

My WordPress and Woocommerce integrations work as it should and have no caching plugins installed.

It seems that it is the ‘affiliates’ plugin that isn’t working as it was before.

Can you please help?

I have checked the troubleshooting section and done everything it says to try, but it hasn’t worked.
I haven’t checked the debug.log yet, I am not that handy on that part.

So it is not resolved just yet, but I will keep trying.

I used the plugin you mentioned to have everything done at once. I tried other themes, in preview, and this seems to fix it. However, I would like to know if there is another way to solve this before I change my theme. Is there a way to reverse the regeneration I did?

I am having the same issues. I tried everything that has been mentioned here, but the problem remains. Does anyone know a solution?
