It does not help :(. If I do this the top navigation disappears even if I scroll up or down. I just want that the top menu bar to disappear when I am scrolling down and to appear back when I am scrolling back to the top.

@themevision – thank you! It works with the second option – insert the code in additional CSS. Using the first one – turn off the header shrinking – it makes the logo bigger.

Is not working with #masthead :(.

I know section#page-title exists only on posts. I just gave it as example of a place where it works the banner when I select a html element :D.
