  • We are having the identical problem and I can confirm:

    1. We have RC v 3.2.10 installed.
    2. We have tested with other themes including the Twenty Twenty theme.
    3. We have tested deactivating all plugins except RCP to test for conflicts.
    4. We have examined for JavaScript console errors and there are none.
    5. We have set up the webhooks as per the RCP documentation.

    Like @doulos12’s video shows, we get through the Stripe connection authorisation popup, it appears to connect, but then loses all its settings immediately.
