Hi @moodish
Most of the error messages are related to your testing. Are you using a live card in test mode, or a test card number in live mode?
The last error message is self-explanatory – the amount is too small. The other one also has a reason – it looks like you’re using a real card when your WooCommerce Stripe settings are set to test mode.
Have you see errors with customer payments on the site? Or just with your testing?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] bank transfersHey @comyu – I see some pending Feature Requests for Bank Transfers so I’ll work through them to have one published specific to this feature from Stripe.
Feature Requests are a way for our team to understand where to focus our efforts so keep an eye out on the Feature Request portal to vote on this – https://woocommerce.com/feature-requests/stripe/
I hope this helps, have a great day!
Thanks,
Hey @techpik – thanks to your screenshot, it looks like you’re experiencing this Issue: Selecting Apple Pay / Google Pay from the New Checkout Experience payment options fails to take payment
Please do read through that and confirm it matches your experience, if so then thumbs up the main message on that Issue. The team are aware of this and investigating. We’re unsure of the root cause but are looking for workarounds.
Thanks

Hey @barkha064 – Has this worked previously and now no longer works?
There is an open GitHub Issue here which looks to be the same problem: Selecting Apple Pay / Google Pay from the New Checkout Experience payment options fails to take payment.
Thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Update 7.01 Caused Critical ErrorHi @jembalino
I’ve asked one of our Engineers for some help with this one.
We’ve not been able to replicate it and our best guess currently is an incomplete update.
This is odd, the function is defined here:
public static function init( WC_Stripe_Payment_Gateway $gateway ) {
The Argument 1 is not defined as
WC_Stripe_UPE_Payment_Gateway
.
And the instance used on the call isWC_Gateway_Stripe
, and it extendsWC_Stripe_Payment_Gateway
.I appreciate that last part may not mean anything to you but essentially it means the error doesn’t match the code listed/reference.
Can I ask if you’re able to delete and reinstall the plugin?
Thanks,
Hi @dziudek
prbs
– Express Payment buttons, or Payment Request Buttons. There is some context in this GitHub Issue here – https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/issues/2192
I have read somewhere that these requests can be connected with fraud detection.
Indeed, the second comment on that linked GitHub Issue explains that a bit.
I hope this helps, have a great day!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Reoccuring Double Charge on v.7.0.0Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Double Payments on 7.0.0Hi @ctibzh
I’m really sorry for the trouble this has caused you. The team have confirmed that a bug was introduced in version 7.0.0 that caused this for some Subscription renewals.
We’ve released version 7.0.1 and have had confirmation from one merchant this has not caused a problem for newer renewal charges.
Can I ask you to update and see how you get on?
Thanks,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Strange meta data fields in Rest API exportHi @jpnl
How frustrating this must be for you!
As this is specific to your site, we won’t be immediately able to replicate this.
Can I ask for you to gather either a screenshot or to copy the exact response the partner is seeing from the WooCommerce REST API.
Being able to see this
meta_et_builder_module
in context will help us possibly provide a solution or understand why this is happening. Thanks,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Issues with product images on product pages on mobileHey @bhoangvietanh
Are you still having this problem? I have tried on an iPhone XS using Edge and Safari browsers with no problem switching between the images.
However, after testing on https://dinh-dinh.com/product/bst-tay-lai-lua/ with no problem at all, I then started a screen recording and I was faced with the same problem you saw. It seems intermittent at best.
In your test with Twenty-Twenty One test, was the theme the only thing you changed? Did you try deactivating other plugins as well, i.e. a full conflict test?
Thanks,
