OMG, We literally just had the same experience! We would encourage all to file suits as we have/are doing! This is the worst company we have ever encountered in our 26 years of real estate. We have spoken to a few others who are also in the middle of filing suite and have asked us if we would travel to Texas and stand up in court as witnesses. Make sure to spread the word EVERYWHERE and keep track of their comments as we will also file defamation/slander suits against them as well!
