But you can… just as you link with the media window for a regular blog post, you can link your image to an external link. On the media window, in the bottom right, there’s a section called “Attachment Display Settings” and you can select “Custom URL” on the Link To option.

Much appreciated! We just updated it so that you can start with a random image within your series so that it’s not always the same image starting each time.

Hopefully, as a widget, it’s fairly self-explanatory. We’ve not seen other widgets that do the same thing… please share so that others may find the features they’re looking for.

Try updating to the latest version – we’ve not seen this issue. We’re utilizing the WordPress media library object to insert the images, are you having issues inserting images anywhere else?

I’m having the identical problem. Interestingly, the plugin is no longer listed on the Author’s site. I’m not sure whether or not that means they’ve discontinued work and support on it.

Hi Tradedog. I checked out their plugin and it’s quite comprehensive. If they used the WP text editor, it would be possible since we publish a shortlink to it. It appears they have their own form editor so there’s no way we can attach to it.

Can you point me to a link to the Question and Answer plugin so that I can take a look at how it stores the content? I’m not too optimistic – it looks as though it would be a custom integration outside the scope of this plugin… but you never know!

Merologin, You are accessing an http request with a windows path. I’m not sure that will work.

Creeser, Check the user that php runs under. If you’re with godaddy, they use virtual servers so your php user may not actually have access even if you’ve chmod’d it. Find out the user, then chown it to that user and see if it helps.

I always run the latest versions.
