We have removed getimagesize as it was causing a ton of issues. We will work out a better methodology to capture image size in a future release.

The jQuery library included with WordPress loads in “no conflict” mode. We’ve corrected this issue.

Yes, this is supported. We did a bonehead move and changed the name of some of the files and that resets the plugin as if it weren’t ever installed. If you upgrade, just add your images and you’ll be good to go. And yes, we continue to make updates to this plugin with more coming!

Currently, you’re limited to the speed dropdown. We’re working on some improvements here.

When you insert the image into the plugin, just set the URL to none in the media window.

The images currently must be sized the way you want them to be displayed. You can utilize your own CSS to make adjustments on size.

I listed the PHP error messages above directly from the log. The page was a 504 error.

We have found a syntax error on the mylittlebird site with the Lightbox Javascript on your site. There’s a Syntax Error: Missing } after function body. This is near the // Lightbox code in the page. We removed that function, and the form script worked properly.

The script is installed and executing, but it’s ignoring the values that are populated in the form fields. Have you updated your theme or added any new plugins lately? I believe you have a plugin that may be nulling out the fields upon a submission.

We’re troubleshooting the form issue, the data is not being sent so we’re trying to identify what may have changed. This could be a WordPress update that got us.

As for the receiving emails, we have been working with your team off and on on that issue. We monitor our deliverability with a third party so we know that our emails are going out, our reputation is good, and the emails are making it into the inbox. However, if a subscriber marked an email as junk, they are not going to get it. We would need to know the exact email address and the exact email to check our mail server logs and verify that it was delivered. I didn’t mean a perfect replication of the mobile device, I meant simply displaying a layout and showing what style is adjusting what. Surely a simple diagram could be helpful.
