In reply to: [Meta pixel for WordPress] Can’t change the pixel IDFacebook, mate, come on now.
Your solution is to have bgee run a direct sql query.
If you’re going to that extent… perhaps mentioned they should backup their db if you’re going to have them rolling in like that. This is not a solution. This screams ‘this is not market ready’.
I’m not shitting on you because you’re facebook, i like facebook, use it myself. But, this is unacceptable for a company of your calibre. Do better.
This issue has been ongoing for quite some time now…

The plugin author is offering you direct assistance and advice, but you’d rather just trash their work with a maliciously lazy review.
Add to that you actively choose to not use the one system the whole network provide for issue resolution.
Not cool man, completely the opposite of what WP and open source is about.

In reply to: [NS Cloner - Site Copier] No "CLONE" button, that's weirdHi Silvere
We experienced the exact same issue yesterday at work. No Clone button available.
Went to check the support area on the website. Website was displaying a db config error at first, then a server 500 error.
Today, website is back, so’s the Clone button. I think you can join the dots…

In reply to: 500 Internal Error ProblemsHey dude, I just got the same issue, for me it was the chmod setting for the public_html (or WWW) file on my server. It was set to 775, that gives group access to a parameter that wordpress doesn’t allow, most likely security related. so you change the overall folder chmod setting to 755.
Good luck.
