Re-Installed and seems to be working

Thanks for the update, but after testing it still is showing the top-level folder, Members Public Space.

Updated to 1.2.9, flushed cache. Other Testers still seeing the same problem?

Issue seems to have recurred. Works Ok with Admin but not Subscriber user levels.

Correction.

If I D&D, I get the Folder and the PK-3-1.mov in the Folder. PK-3-2 stores in the same level as the folder and I can then select it and …Move it to the Folder.

Works but I’ll need to document it.

Or am I missing something?

Reverted to previous error:

Getting error “Failed to start the resumable upload (HTTP 404: global, File not found: 1_AZP***-ja.)

Had to change Status to Not Resolved.

Behaviour has changed – now have an Upload File button. But getting a new error: “Failed to start the resumable upload (HTTP 401: global, Login Required”

I’ve checked and I am logged in to my GD.

Having to postpone a User Trial. Would appreciate your support please.

Users can only upload to a single folder in each upload.

Thanks Prince. You’ve answered the question I asked you months ago! So it seems IGD treats a folder as a file and uploads it as a serial file? Which makes the Folder option a bit obsolete, or have I missed something?
