In reply to: [WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery] Unsubscribe link doesn’t workWhat I’ve seen is the link to click on is something like this:
So why are they taken to the checkout page and not to a page of our choosing to let them know they unsubscribed?
And how do I know they unsubscribed – is there an indication anywhere?

In reply to: [Better Product Reviews For WooCommerce] Error with reviewing the productsOn this issue, there is a red background error that comes up when trying to submit, saying “There was an error with your request, and the warning message says, “Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /wp-content/plugins/better-reviews-for-woocommerce/includes/utilities.php on line 595:
The URL has in it, “/jeans-women/basic-gray-jeans?wbr-success=0&wbr-error-code=missing-formatting-data#tab-reviews”
Not sure what this is.
So far, it’s an unusable plugin.

In reply to: [Pricing Deals for WooCommerce] BOGO not working?Unfortunately, trying all of those steps didn’t help.
I’m now using the 2017 theme.
Active Plugins
– VarkTech Pricing Deals for WooCommerce
– WooCommerce
– WooCommerce Stripe GatewayThat’s it. It’s always $0 off, it never discounts anything. It’s like it doesn’t even run at all. If I change the woocommerce coupon to $1 off, that’s what comes off.
You’ll need to give me further debug steps, like placing debug log messages in various places.

In reply to: [Pricing Deals for WooCommerce] BOGO not working?Thank you, I am still working through all of this.

Looks like everything is now working!
Thanks, Jeremy!
Hey Jeremy,
After removing the site from another wordpress.com account, I am getting the message cannot connect to wordpress.com.
I submitted a help ticket there after doing the 4 steps recommended, except for disabling all plugins, since it’s a working site and I have to arrange a time to do that.
The email address that it may go to is [moderated]. That’s my client’s and I don’t have access.

We are doing some things and I’ll post an update here, but I just realized we had to update Jetpack 2 weeks ago, there were security issues. That’s when this whole thing started.
Hi again Jeremy,
I don’t see that you removed the site. re360radio.com is still listed.
Dave
Hi Jeremy,
It appears neither has helped. I am not getting anything on a facebook page with a test post.
Any other thoughts?
Hey Jeremy,
I’ll be doing both and letting you know.
But just to be clear, on this help doc: https://en.support.wordpress.com/disconnect-jetpack-sites/#remove-active-site
It says to scroll and “Disconnect Jetpack”. But on the re360radio.com site, I scroll to the bottom and all I see is “Delete Site”.
I’m guessing that’s the same thing, but is it?
Dave
Hi Jeremy,
This might be the problem. They are still connected in wordpress.com to the domain re360radio.com, and that needs to be deleted from wordpress.com account. Maybe that is the problem right now. Because this all started happening about 2 weeks ago when the re360radio.com domain expired. And that was purchased through wordpress.com.
Can you look into this?
Dave
Hi Jeremy,
Thanks for the quick response!
They use the dashboard editor to post, which is what I did. We do have Visual Composer on the site.
I didn’t schedule it – just published it directly.
I installed “User Switching” so I could see what our client was doing and if she had things hooked up right, and it appears she did. But that installation was after the install.
Nothing in wp-config related to disabling WP Cron.
I use BackupBuddy, and they have a “Server Tools” report. I go to the tab “WordPress Schedules (Cron) and see several jetpack cron related events scheduled. But there is the event “jetpack_sync_cron” that is listed. It has a warning that says “Next run time has passed. It should have run 1 min ago. Cron problem?”
– then I try to run it, and the result says “Invalid CRON job. Not found.” This is displayed at the top of the page.
– there are many other cron jobs that have run, all successfully. We are using the free version of Comet Cache. I disabled it and did another test. No change for me.
Below are the list of plugins we’re using.
