    I finally was able to access the above link. After taking a look at all the changes required I understand why you did not post it here.

    I was able to login by putting in the changes for just line 185, although the remaining changes (a lot) have to be applied for the blog to function properly.

    If others are having the same problem and cannot access the site, I converted the page to a PDF file (14 pages long including comments). The PDF file can be downloaded from:

    If running upgrade.php doesn’t work, you might want to check index/directory services for your site. On a shared host, it may be accessed by the control panel. Specify index.php as a valid default.

    I had the same problem. I have my site setup so that you cannot get a directory listing by just typing in the path to the directory (if an index or default page is not specified). I had to add index.php as a valid default.

    I have been working on the same problem for two days. I tried the link but the connection continues time out. Is it possible for you to post the resolution here?
