I’ve created a new set of reCAPTCHA keys and I’ve gone through the website backend to determine if the issue is coming from there.

I’m not seeing anything that would prevent the form from submitting. If you have an idea of what I should be looking for please let me know and if you know of any other solution.

I’ve updated to VO.O3 and reCAPTCHA V3 has been switched on, the issue is still happening even after those suggestions have been made.

Do you know if there’s anything else I can do to make this work?

So I’ve run the test email and the email deliver error message seems to have gone away but the contact form still isn’t submitting. I have no idea what’s going on with this website form.

The files didn’t get transfer over when we did the domain transfer and the duplicator file I have on my is a achive.daf file not a achive.zip file that hold all the website files.

Is it possible to use the archive.daf file to recover the website because the old hosting company has remover the website files without creating a backup.

Hey sorry for having to get your help again

I’m having an issues with another one of my client website. This one is giving me an 404 error message.

“404
Not Found
The resource requested could not be found on this server!”

I given this issue when I try to access the website backend through the wp-admin. I’ve check the installer-log.txt because I’m getting an General notice warning, checking this lead me to this issue:

Does these help you at all with finding out what going on with this transfer because I’ve checked the wp-config.php file and everything looks good with mySQL settings.

I think I know whats going on know and I just want to run it by you. So I’m getting a warning on the General Notices. Here is what I get when I check the installer-log.txt:

[WARNING] Deactivated Plugin: Really Simple SSL
SECTIONS: general
LONG MSG: It is deactivated because You are migrating from SSL (HTTPS) to Non-SSL (HTTP).<br>
If It was not deactivated, You will not able to login.

The demo server this client website was located on did have an SSL issued and I guess I’m not able to login into the backend because the client doesn’t have an SSL issued but I’ve checked and there is an SSL for on the cPanel.

So is the issue coming from the deactivated Plugin?
