i resolve this by converting the table one at one in the database. and in the end, editing the wp-config with default right charset.
Now i discover a new problem, all the thumbnails inside the media gallery are white. But the images are all in the wp-content/upload/ folder correctly like the folders in the source host. I write to WordPress support for asking to them if there is a way to fix this and them ask to me to write to You.

hope you understand what i mean, you right, the site for me is fast. but for pagespeed there are several problem like this and OneSignal is the worst unuser of script loaded.

yes, my iphone and ipad load that url with all 5 featured images very well and fast.
WP Healthcheck give an error douring activation, it install but not activate.
damn… thanks man, i find between my plugins the Google Native lazyload. disbled it and all images is loading on iphone and ipad.
i don’t know why that plugin was there.
i deleted is, is pretty useless…thanks for suggesting me and fixing this issue!!!

sems not the plugin issue. but theme issue. i tried to disable amp feature, but black block are showing again. there you can see linked images for samples screen shot.
