I am having a similar problem. last week I installed 2.3.2. since then i cannot add or delete categories. it says and shows the category gone when i click delete but when i refresh or revisit the page, it does not. the same happens when i add.

any suggestions? frustrated, i will do a complete clean reinstall and pray it helps. any help with this would be appreciated.
