Thanks Esmi, unfortunately I don’t understand what you mean. As I said in my initial post, I am totally green. I have no back up and stuck on the screen that says ‘You cannot update….’ etc.
I cannot get into my account to do anything, when I go into wp-admin page it brings me back to the ‘You cannot etc etc.
I need a step by step, plain english walkthrough ??
