I am too having this problem. Nothing seems to work. It started after I updated the plugin about a month ago. I updated the plugin today with the newest update but still nothing is showing on the charts/graph.

What are your permissions showing for your 404s folder after you modify them? Mine are set to:
Owner permissions Read Writ Execute are checked
Group permissions and Public permissions Read and Execute are Checked
Numeric value 755

I’m getting the error code 11 times so far this morning and 58 times the last time I worked on the site.
The error code is 6007 if that helps.
