By the way, Camu, yes, I do notice that if I deactivate the dashboard widgets (not the main SlimStat plugin) the widgets that are left (the original WordPress widgets) work fine. I just really hope the SlimStat dashboard widget issue gets resolved because they are awesome!

I personally think SlimStat is the coolest plugin since, well, plugins. I have been searching for a really great stat solution and the dashboard widgets are just awesome! I’m so excited about them! So I don’t think this is ridiculous. It happens, and I appreciate that the plugin developer took this issue on as soon as I posted it. It’s the kind of support one would expect of a paid plugin, and it’s free! So thanks, Camu. I don’t forget these plugins are free and they make my job possible.

There’s not much a screenshot will do. Things look normal, but when you click the header bars of each widget (including the default WordPress widgets that are affected the same way as the SlimStat widgets), nothing happens – what’s expanded doesn’t collapse and what’s collapsed doesn’t expand. And when you click and drag on the header bars, instead of each widget moving around, you get what my screenshot shows. Like the widgets have become text.

Actually, I’m having trouble posting a screenshot. There’s no “attach file” or anything on my post editor. How do you do it?

Unfortunately, I need the current theme I have, Graphene, which didn’t conflict after I updated it a while back. I’ve had it for a long time now and it’s always worked so smoothly with WordPress, unlike a lot of other themes I’ve tried.

It’s only just this week this started happening. Wouldn’t it be an included feature with WordPress, not subject to conflict? I mean, like the editor – that’s there no matter what’s going on, plugin- or theme-related. I always thought those tag and categories boxes were standard elements of the edit pages.

NEVERMIND! I figured it out. I noticed after I posted this that right next to the Name and Email fields is an asterisk. I had to add an asterisk in the Subject and Message Body fields:

Good Lord, this was 9 months ago? I hope my response bumps this thread. I, too, am having the same problem. I uploaded a custom JPEG logo to the size specifications on the Pie Register settings page, and even though the thumbnail shows up on that settings page when I click “Save,” the default WordPress logo remains on the login page. ?? Any ideas???

What information do you have on that? Can you refer me to an article you read or a website with that information? I’ve temporarily transition to Contact Form 7, but it doesn’t have any redirect features, which is a shame, and I just really like the FS Contact Form.

Yes, I did that, too, and sure enough they had an answer. This is what they told me:

Please make sure your browser support cookie and clear the cache before uploading. It will help if you can log out and log back in in to wp-admin.

Also you can try to use a FTP client such as Filazilla to upload your media file.

Check the permission of wordpress media folder.

As soon as I cleared my cookie cache, everything went smoothly. Hope this helps someone else down the line.

This still doesn’t make sense. I see that at the bottom of a post or page editing page there are options for the exit pop-up, but you cannot be saying that I have to recreate/copy that exit pop-up for every single page or post I have that people might exit from. Normally, for plugins such as this one (I have tested several), there is a new tab for that pop-up in the Settings area of the Dashboard, or in the main Dashboard. You customize your pop-up and determine how it is activated on that one main options webpage. So can you clarify for me if I’m understanding you correctly?
