In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Cant add new subscribersHi there
I checked our logs, and in this case, one of the emails has been automatically recognized by our systems as an address that cannot be imported.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Getting worseI’m sorry you saw these warnings on your site. We have now released an update to Jetpack Protect, which should resolve the issue. Please update to Jetpack 3.0.2 to confirm.
Meanwhile, we recommend keeping?
WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY
?set to false in your?wp-config.php
?file for sites in production. This will prevent warnings from appearing on the frontend, while still logging them with
WP_DEBUG_LOG
for later review.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Jetpack Protect] Delayed and Inaccurate Vulnerability AlertHi Will
I’m sorry to hear that, but I understand your decision. In any case our developers will continue to look into the issue you raised to ensure that any problems are resolved.
Should you require assistance with anything Jetpack-related in the future or decide to revisit Jetpack Protect, feel free to reach out. We’ll be here to help.
Thanks!
Hi there,
It sounds like there may be a misunderstanding regarding Jetpack’s features and the “pay what you want” option for non-commercial sites on the pricing page. Jetpack does offer basic stats for free for non-commerical sites. Additional advanced features are only available through our paid plans.
If you’ve made a contribution for a non-commercial stats plan and you’re having trouble accessing your stats, please contact support so we can help you out.
Hi there.
Jetpack’s cookie banner currently serves more as an informational notice rather than a comprehensive solution for cookie law compliance. At this time, we don’t have plans to update the feature, so you may want to look into alternative solutions to ensure that you comply with the relevant applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Regarding your concerns about Jetpack’s security, please be assured that we prioritize the safety of our users’ sites whether on the free or paid versions. Jetpack’s use of XML-RPC does not pose a security risk for your site. You can read more about that here: https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-and-xml-rpc/
Let us know if you have any further questions.
There is AdSense code in your site’s source code. If you remove any/all advertisting code from your site, we can reclassify your site.
Hi there
We’re sorry this came as a surprise. We posted about this in August last year, and we have shown a banner in the Stats dashboard since September, but it’s possible you may not have seen those.
Hi there
Your site is classified as commercial as it contains advertising, so you will need to purchase a Jetpack Stats subscription to continue using Jetpack Stats.
Thanks for the update! Glad you got to the bottom of the issue.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] It does the job.Hi Cristian
Thanks for the update, we’re glad you managed to restore the site eventually. Would you consider amending the one-star rating on your review? It would mean a lot to us! Thank you.
Thanks for the update!
Hi @adamzea
The emails are not being sent, so it seems something is conflicting with the form itself. You mentioned that you “tried disabling some other plug-ins” but a plugin conflict is the most likely cause of the issue, so I’d suggest deactivating all plugins except Jetpack and testing again.
You could also try using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin which allows you to troubleshoot without affecting your live site. This plugin can help you identify whether a theme or plugin conflicts with Jetpack without impacting the user experience on your site.
Here is the guide on how to use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin: Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin guide.
Alternatively you could create a staging copy of your site and test the plugin deactivation there to see if it helps.
Thank you!
Hi there
Jetpack’s Google Analytics feature does not handle Google’s consent mode.
You may want to install a plugin like?Cookiebot?on your site, to help manage cookies for all the different plugins (including Jetpack) you have installed. I believe that plugin is compatible with consent mode v2, although you may want to double check that with the developers.
Hi there
The specified image URLs have been removed from Jetpack’s cache. Let us know if you need anything else.
Hi there,
Could you please confirm if the issue persists with the first three images when you rearrange the order of the images in the slideshow? Also, please make sure that all images are uploaded in the same dimensions and file format. Sometimes discrepancies in dimensions or formats can lead to varying display sizes.
Could you also check if your theme or any other plugins might be affecting the image sizes? In some cases, themes or other scripts may interfere with how Jetpack’s Slideshow displays images.
When I view the page you mentioned, I just see all of the images in a row of thumbnails across the top of the page, so it looks like something may be conflicting and preventing the slideshow from displaying properly.
Let us know what you find.
