Thank you very much for your reply. We have looked into the database. You are right, currently the meta is stored under Braintree_production_vauld_id. Would it be sufficient to simply rename it to wc_braintree_customer_id without importing or exporting anything?

So in general we would simply change the name. Would that work?

Thank you very much for the update. However, this update produces a new error.

In our order notes the following error is displayed: Error processing payment. Reason: Unit amount must be greater than zero. .

To the customer the note: “invalid recurring shipping method” is displayed.

Please fix this as soon as possible as we are receiving complaints from customers.
