My posts are not showing up under my blog page. I set it up in reading but it still doesn’t show.

Hi!

I am very new to wordpress but I am having an issue. I notice Social Media Feather is no longer displaying on my dashboard or plugin and when I try to install again it says

Destination folder already exists. /home/content/16/5971716/html/damour/wp-content/plugins/social-media-feather/

I have no idea what that means. Can you help?
