Wow @gabelivan you are right! It turns out that the Elementor experiments did not do much in terms of optimising..Once i turned it off, my website actually runs a little better in fact.

Hi @gabelivan , so you mean that the original CSS / JS files are already render-blocking in the first place? Therefore Asset Cleanup does not interfere in the render-blocking nature of these files?

Is there a way to use Asset Cleanup to identify the original unused CSS / JS files and unload them?

And wonder if there is a possibility for Asset Cleanup to have the function to control render-blocking resources in future? ??

Just want to understand abit better (and also for learning sake, if you don’t mind ?? ) – what does “no issue records” mean, and what are the “BulkButtons” for example?

So a future version will address this error issue in the console?

Hi, to be more clear, the error appears on the Wordfence Scan page. When Wordfence is trying to get pass through (the lower right yellow indicator “Wordfence is working…”), the error occurs.

I also notice that originally there used to be no errors. But when the Scanning failed (somehow, due to failing establishing connection to Wordfence server etc), and when i cancel scan, refreah page and attempt to start a fresh scan, this error happens and stays.

The scan does not produce any error – rather it is the ‘backend’ that showed this “Uncaught Typeerror” in the console log. (Not the scanning log).

But i also notice that this happens when i have other names with odd sizes like eg “imageA-864×400.jpg” and they also end up with “imageA-864×400-1.jpg”.
Any idea why this happens?

I remember last time even when i had such numbers in my jpgs and pngs, there was no “-1” added.

Hi @gabelivan , i tried to disable combine JS and it seems to be OK now. Still at 1.3.5.9.

But my main aim is to reduce the number of requests so if the combine JS option is disabled the requests are still high.

Moving forward, will there be any solution for future update? Otherwise it seems that from now on I can’t combine JS using the plugin anymore
