Thank you for the update. That seems to have worked for one of our shows (Aladdin) however when I try to export our other show, Jack and the Beanstalk, or export ALL it still exports a blank document.

We are using Dash Client Plugin in to creat various roles. Which allows for a link to be placed on the menus item and in addition CSS Classes and Extra Parameters.

That’s correct, Pendig Charge. Apologies I had assumed both were one and the same.

We do have one in pending that has a status of Timed Out.

What would you advise on releasing the seats that are held in a Pending charge/Timer Out scenario?
