In reply to: Editing the footer in the Appearance>EditorIn looking at the screen shot you provided, I don’t seem to have that option available to me. I click in ‘Themes’ within the Network dashboard and it brings up the three themes I’m using. See the screenshot I’ve linked to.

In reply to: Editing the footer in the Appearance>EditorHey Patrick, I’m using a theme called WP-Responsive and need to modify the copyright statement in the footer. I believe I am needing to access the footer theme file. I just remember being able to get to and edit the file for the footer via Appearance>Editor before.

In reply to: Page on site crashes when trying to view on iPadI created a temp page just like the one that’s crashing, and started out with no embedded videos and it loaded fine. Then I started adding one videos embed code at a time, clearing the cache between each and the page loaded fine for the first 8 (there are 10 videos embedded on the page) videos that were added and then when adding the code to the ninth video and trying to load the page, it crashed. I also replaced the ninth videos code with the tenth videos and also duplicated the code for the eight video and still got the same result of the page crashing.
It looks like, based on this test, that both Chrome and Safari on the iPad and iPhone don’t like there being more than eight embedded videos on the page.

In reply to: Site has been hacked, please helpOkay, will do. We have three WP sites that I’m presently backing up and updating to 3.8 and will change out the keys in the wp-config.php file for each from the generator. I’ve never done this before and have always left them at the default.

In reply to: Site has been hacked, please helpThanks esmi. I’ve changed the password in the wp_users DB file for the blog site (which it looks like is where the hacker got in, because he had entered his own email address in the details). I’ve never done Secret Keys part and would like to do so, but am confused as to which to use.
I clicked on the link for the WordPress key generator on this page https://codex.www.ads-software.com/FAQ_My_site_was_hacked. I should copy and paste those keys over the ones currently in my wp-config.php file for both my main website and my blog site?
