I am updating my review – there was confusion (by a lot of people, it looks like) about this entire upgrade process. Now that I have it connected and configured the plugin, and adapted my cache plugin to account for issues you did not, your plugin is working on desktop and mobile views of our site.
I cannot in good conscience raise this to 5 stars at this time.
This upgrade process was not handled well. Disabling an important plugin, replacing it completely (in an inactive state), forcing users to connect to an account on Elementor, calling it a “Free Trial”, not testing it well enough with at least some of the most commonly used plugins like WP Rocket, etc.

Now that I’m past the shock and these hurdles (for now), the plugin is working as expected and it does work well.

If I misunderstood the pricing (it is free and will remain free with all of the original functionality), then I apologize. Of course you have the right to be paid for your work, so if there are plans for fees attached to NEW features, that’s a bit more palatable.
It is confusing to have to create an account, link any sites on which we use the plugin, and then in that account on Elementor’s site it is called “Web Accessibility – Free Trial” with an expiration date and links for upgrading. (It doesn’t even use the plugin name of “Ally”)
This process seems like it caught almost all of your users by surprise – I only stumbled on the fact that you had replaced the plugin on our site and it was no longer working. I have now configured it, but it only works on the desktop version of our site now. The mobile site does not display the menu even though it is turned on in the settings.
I’m sure you have your reasons – but suddenly renaming the plugin, replacing it completely and breaking functionality are not customer friendly choices.

I’m having the exact same problem. It seems like about 1 out of every 100 times I refresh the page, the full Beaver Builder toolbar appears, and I can edit the modules on the page.

It doesn’t matter what browser I use (Chrome, Safari, etc) or whether or not I delete all cookies and the cache.
