John – Your message is unclear. The lastest zip file is located in the downloads file. When I right click on it, I get the usual right click menu which does not show extract all. I have three IExplorer files from wordpress (latest tar gz*) that I downloaded yesterday. My computer says they are not downloadable. I have unblocked the latest zip file, but it still will not unzip.
Usually, my software unzips without prompting.
