One of the issues I can see is that MichiganEntertainmentNetwork.com was set up in a network blog configuration so it looks for the blog and posts for the blog under a double /blog/ folder
MichiganEntertainmentNetwork.com/blog/blog/
and the pages are being created under a single blog folder
MichiganEntertainmentNetwork.com/blog/library/
MichiganEntertainmentNetwork.com/blog/library/books/
