In reply to: [PixProof - Easy Photo Proofing for Photographers] 404 PageI also had this problem and toggling Permalinks resolved it.
I have the same problem. It has existed for at least several days now.

In reply to: Caution: Media Temple Does Not Support WordPressI understand issues involving supporting customer changes. And agree that the staff at Media Temple is helpful.
However, I have had problems with the “out-of-the-box” server configuration that Media Temple provided. The latest problem is when the Plesk panel failed. I did not instal Plesk and I did not configure Plesk. Media Temple did.
When something Media Temple created and sold fails it is disconcerting to be told “Please keep in mind that the (dv) Dedicated-Virtual Server is a self-managed server, and assistance with its configuration and maintenance is outside of the (mt) Media Temple scope of support. All suggestions in this message were provided as a courtesy.”
It is very hard for me to self-manage the server when Media Temple built it and provides no documentation and only “courtesy.”
Check the FAQ and allow the plugin to collect some data to report on.
If that doesn’t help then provide some more information, such as if you are using the widget or shortcode.

PHP 4.3.3 or higher should work. 4.4.8 is confirmed.
Looks like WordPress needs to update their minimum system requirements.

FYI; Display your host’s server PHP and MYSQL information (integrated into WordPress Admin Style) on your WordPress dashboard.
